Enrollment forms:
SNS Enrolment Forms must be signed before the day of enrollment. We ask that you bring these documents, along with the items listed below upon your arrival on Day of Enrollment. If you have any questions, please contact the Admissions Department at 678-442-6262.
Please submit the following items with your enrollment forms:
- Copy of the birth certificate
- Copies of health insurance cards — (front & back)
- Immunization/Vaccination records from your child's physician
- If Applicable, copy of your custody agreement as identified in the divorce decree
- Completed emergency information form
- Complete School-Parent contract agreement
- Complete SNS School-Parent Contract for Preschool Student

YALLS (Post High School) Weeks 1-5

WEEK #3: June 28th – July 2nd
WEEK #4: July 12th -16th
WEEK #5: July 19th – 23rd

9:30 AM – 3:00 PM (SEP & YALLS) AND 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM (Great Beginnings)To register and for pricing information, please download registration forms. Registration is now open, space is limited and is on a first come basis.
Special Note: SNS will NOT be offering structured Child Care Weeks this year for weeks we are not having summer programs. A list of SNS Staff Members who wish to do private babysitting will be provided upon request.
